2. Nature of Our Service (Agency Role)

  • Marbell Cars operates strictly as a booking and concierge intermediary.

  • We do not own, operate, or control any vehicles listed or booked through our platform.

  • All rental vehicles are provided by independent third-party Rental Providers.

  • Your rental agreement is directly with the Rental Provider, not with Marbell Cars.

3. No Ownership or Responsibility for Vehicles

  • We are not responsible for the condition, maintenance, legality, insurance coverage, safety, or availability of any vehicle.

  • All responsibility for the vehicle and its compliance with applicable laws rests solely with the Rental Provider.

  • Any issues related to the vehicle must be addressed directly with the Rental Provider.

4. Bookings and Contractual Relationship

  • When you make a booking through Marbell Cars, we facilitate the reservation on your behalf with the Rental Provider.

  • A separate rental agreement may be required by the Rental Provider and will govern the use of the vehicle.

  • We are not a party to the rental contract between you and the Rental Provider.

5. Payments

  • Payments may be processed by Marbell Cars on behalf of the Rental Provider or directly by the Rental Provider, depending on the booking arrangement.

  • Marbell Cars may charge a service or concierge fee for facilitating the booking.

  • We are not responsible for pricing changes, deposits, or additional charges imposed by Rental Providers.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the Rental Provider.

  • Any request for changes must comply with the Rental Provider’s terms, which may vary between providers.

  • We will assist in communicating such requests but cannot guarantee approval.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marbell Cars disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from the use of rental vehicles or services provided by third parties.

  • We are not liable for disputes between you and any Rental Provider.

  • Any claims must be directed to the relevant Rental Provider.

8. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

  • You must not use our website in any way that may damage, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users.

9. Eligibility

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law to use our services.

10. Privacy Policy
