Depending on vehicle availability and operational requirements, vehicles may be supplied directly by Marbell Cars or by one of our trusted fleet partners operating under our quality standards.
3. Vehicle Availability
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
While every effort is made to provide the exact vehicle reserved, Marbell Cars reserves the right to provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to operational, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Rental Requirements
Drivers must satisfy the minimum age, licence, identification, payment, and security deposit requirements applicable to the selected vehicle.
Additional documentation may be requested before vehicle delivery.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation.
5. Reservations and Payments
A reservation is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Marbell Cars.
Depending on the booking, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure the reservation.
Any remaining balance, security deposit, fuel charges, traffic fines, tolls, damages, or additional services remain the responsibility of the Client.
6. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment requests are subject to the applicable booking conditions communicated at the time of reservation.
Although we will always try to accommodate requested changes, they remain subject to availability.
7. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
Clients are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition in which it was delivered, subject to normal wear and tear.
The Client remains responsible for complying with all traffic regulations and for any fines, penalties, damages, or misuse occurring during the rental period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marbell Cars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or rental services.
Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant reservation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
